Winter Night Truncated Klein Bottle Haiku

winter night

greyish clouds in blackest sky
halos of moonlight
hooting owls cast their shadows
rustling leaves say they have left
their calls become faint
dropping temperatures bring frost
frost turns to ice on cars
ice blocks ones' vision
dizzying snowfall appears
each flake is lost in the fall
winter night takes hold
again
