SILENCE OF LIFE
It begs for laughter
instead of tears.
It cries for justice
instead of fears.
Longing for peace
seeing only war,
the silence of life -
the space we're looking for.
It is in the silence
that we have choice.
It is in the silence
where we find our voice.
Finding our wings
we now take flight,
the silence of life
brings darkness to light.
